2005 Grids are the third set of drawings in the Baseball Project series. For this year I did an individual drawing for each game, as opposed to one large drawing representing the whole season. At the end of the season, the drawings were shown together, representing the whole season.

Each drawing is comprised of columns representing each inning, and each column is divided into five categories: Hits, Walks, Strikeouts, Home Runs, and Runs. Whatever happens in the innings is recorded in that inning's column as boxes that accumulate from the center out. In the diagram below, there was one hit and one run in the top half of the 1st inning, and no hits, walks, Ks, HRs or Runs in the bottom of the 1st. In the top of the second, there were two Strike outs.

Each 9 inning game drawing is 22" x 18".
